Computers

Dive computers provide information about things like time, depth, direction, temperature and air supply. An example would be the submersible pressure gauge, SPG for short, is used to tell you exactly how much air you have left during a dive.SPGs are used to plan and control your dive so that you will return safely to the boat or shore without running out of air. The SPG is also mandatory equipment.
SPGs are passive devices and must be checked frequently while diving. The newer dive computers incorporate other features such as PC downloading capabilities and different dive mode displays.
